Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by ReadySet Assemblers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

 

ReadySet Assemblers is an Australian business operating in Queensland, providing professional furniture assembly services for residential and commercial clients.

2. Services

 

Our services include the assembly of flat-pack and custom furniture as per manufacturer instructions. Services are performed by experienced technicians using safe and professional standards.

3. Bookings & Cancellations​

​​​

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.

  • To cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the quoted service.

4. Payment Terms

​​​

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash and bank transfer.

  • All pricing will be clearly communicated before the service begins, including any applicable surcharges or travel fees.

  • Tax Invoices will be issued upon request in accordance with Australian GST requirements.

5. Warranty & Service Guarantee

​

We stand by the quality of our work. If an issue arises directly related to our assembly service, we will return to resolve it at no extra charge within 14 days of service.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Improper use or mishandling of furniture after assembly

  • Damage caused by external factors unrelated to our work

6. Client Obligations

​

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring access to the property at the agreed time

  • Providing all parts and components as per the manufacturer’s packaging

  • Notifying us of any building access requirements, parking limitations, or special conditions

  • Ensuring the assembly area is clear and safe for work

We are not liable for delays or additional charges arising from missing parts, incomplete packaging, or incorrect instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, ReadySet Assemblers is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage

  • Any damage resulting from misuse or alteration of furniture post-assembly

  • Damage to property caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions provided by the client

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Insurance & Safety

​

ReadySet Assemblers maintains appropriate public liability insurance for the services we provide. All work is performed in accordance with Australian safety standards.

9. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via our website or email. Continued use of our

services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
